VEGAN BANANA ICE CREAM:

This is one of my favourite vegan recipes, and you can make it in many different ways too. Instead of cinnamon you could use cacao, and you can also make this both vegan and non-vegan.

You will need:
 * Cinnamon
 * Vegan vanilla "yoghurt" (optional)
 * Frozen bananas
 * Water (optional)

How to make:
1. Mix all the ingredients in one bowl...

2. And blend it together.

 3. And that is everything you need to do. This might not look that appetizing, but it is good.

VEGAN BEAN BURGERS RECIPE:

This recipe is another vegan one, and this time it's bean burgers! And this recipe will make 7-9 medium sized burgers.

You will need:
 (From the top right to the bottom left)
*Soy sauce
*A garlic clove
*Basil
*A piece of bread
*One chopped onion
*1 dl of oats
*Tomato pure
*2 dl of butter beans

How to make:
1. Chop the onion and fry it until done, then chop and fry the garlic.
Add the garlic when the onion nearly is done, otherwise the garlic will burn!

2. Then mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl.
(I know this doesn't look that nice right now).

3. Then blend it together, until it looks kind of like the mixture on the picture.

4. Take a spoonful of the mixture and fry them for a few minutes.

And that's it!
That is our homemade bean burger recipe.

I made this burger with sallad, tomatoes, vegan mayo, ketchup, hamburger bread and of course the actual bean burger.
But there is many other ways that you can serve these bean burgers.

RAW VEGAN ENERGY CACAO BALLS:

These "Cacao Balls" are Vegan, Raw and can also be called energy balls, and they are really good too. This recipe will make 15 cacao balls, and will last a week in the fridge.

You will need:
 * Shredded coconut
 * 2 carrots
 * 3 tbsp cacao
 * 2 dl oats
 * 1 tbsp coconut oil
 * 8 dates

How to make them:
1. Start off by chopping up the dates.
(I did a double batch and that's why I have more than 8 dates).

 2. Then I grated the carrot on a fine side of a grater.

3. Then I put the dates and the grated carrots in a bowl.

4. Then the cacao and the oats...

5. And then the coconut oil.
(I would recommend adding some water, because the mixture is quite dry).

6. I mixed the mixture using my hands.

7. And then I made small balls out of the mixture.

8. Then I rolled it in the coconut flakes, and put it on a separate plate.

And that's it!
Super easy and healthy:)
